How long does a computer diagnosis take?

Does it work for any make?
Yes, we use up-to-date multi-brand equipment covering practically the whole car parc, including hybrids.
Can you clear the light without repairing?
We can, but if the fault is still active it will come back on — and with an active fault the ITV inspection fails on emissions. The right fix is repairing the cause.
My fault is intermittent — can it be caught?
Yes: we log data while driving and analyse the ECU’s freeze frames from the moment of the fault. Intermittent faults need patience, but they get caught.
