2. Data we process and purpose

We process the data you provide via the contact form, phone, WhatsApp or email (name, phone, email, vehicle details and request description) in order to handle your enquiry, prepare quotes and provide the requested garage services.

3. Legal basis

The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures or of the requested service contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and, where applicable, the data subject’s consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR). No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.

4. Retention

Data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and, where a contractual relationship exists, for the applicable legal periods (invoicing, warranties and tax obligations).

5. Recipients

Data is not shared with third parties except under legal obligation. Request forms are managed through the garage’s management platform (programa-taller.es), acting as data processor with the guarantees of art. 28 GDPR.

6. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to rgpd@tallersmarathon.com, attaching an identity document. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
